Addison Hall

Addison is a very valued member at Fortress. He loves being able to use his problem-solving abilities for every type of situation. As the General Manager he leads and supports the management team who in turn leads and supports their own departments. He primarily mediates, advises, and counsels members of Fortress on challenges they may be facing in hopes of helping better equipping them for the future, personally and professionally. In the office he lights up every room and brings so much joy. You can find him speed walking through the halls ready to tackle any task. His favorite thing about Fortress is the people. He enjoys watching the employees grow through challenges and experiences. Addison makes everyone feel valued and respected. In his free he enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with his entertaining corgi, Harvey.
