Challenge

The moisture in this crawl space was causing the above floors to sag. The high humidity levels caused the wood support beams to absorb the unwanted moisture from the air; this absorbed water created weak beams, making them support the floor above less and less. These support beams also began to grow wood rot on them.

Solution

Fortress was able to help this homeowner with all of her crawlspace challenges. Fortres fixed the sagging floors by installing two Smart Jack stabilizer posts. These posts support the floor much better and they last much longer than wood beams.
