During the inspection, we found that the foundation wall had bowed inward more than two inches, leaving two effective repair options: PowerBrace™ steel beams, which stabilize the wall, or GeoLock® Wall Anchors, which take up less interior space while also providing the potential to pull the wall back toward its original position over time.

After reviewing both solutions, Joe chose the GeoLock® Wall Anchor System. Our crew got to work installing the anchors, permanently stabilizing the foundation wall and allowing Joe to move forward with his basement remodel with confidence.

Tim Gregorin took our PolyLevel rig and fixed this sidewalk! Once the PolyLevel Foam had stabilized and leveled the concrete, Tim sealed the joints with our NexusPro Joint Sealant. NexusPro prevents water from getting under the concrete where is can freeze and expand to cause more harm. This homeowner was elated to have peace of mind and the safety of the home restored!
