Challenge

This Clover home was beginning to settle. The house was built on backfill - which is very loose soil. Houses are prone to settling when built on this type of unreliable soil. Because of this settling, cracks were beginning to form in the basement’s concrete walls. Fortress Foundation Solutions has many piering systems for homes that are settling. Sales representative, Chris Guill, presented this homeowners with the system that would best solve all of their foundation problems.

Solution

Push piers were used to help this home fix its settlement problems. Eight push piers were installed to the base of this home. These piers will help better support the home and prevent future settlement.
