Challenge
This home was built in 1988. It was built over a crawlspace that was experiencing major moisture issues. Not only did the crawlspace have water issues, but it was also having problems with with ceiling stabilization. The home already had stabilizer posts, but they needed to be adjusted. Fortress Foundation Solutions also determined that the home needed additional support with floor joist repair.
Solution
Fortress worked on two projects in this home’s crawlspace - first, resolving the water issue and second, helping stabilize the crawlspace’s ceiling.
