Challenge

When the owner of this home first approached Fortress Foundation Solutions, he stated that his home had numerous cracks in its foundation walls. Not only were there cracks in the foundation walls, but there was also stair step cracks on the exterior brick of the home. Along with the cracked walls, the floors were also unlevel. The homeowner stated that these problems were five to six years old, but that it had become much worse in the past couple of weeks.

Solution

On Fortress' first visit to this home, we addressed all of the structural problems. Helical Lead Piers were installed to avoid further sinking and settling of this home’s walls and floors.
