Challenge

Susan was dealing with a leaky basement in her home in Purcellville, Va. She was concerned with protecting her home and keeping it dry, clean, and healthy. She needed our help to keep the water out of her home, especially since she had invested in finishing the space already.

Because Susan's basement was finished, Gary Lambert and the crew took extra precaution to preserve the finished space. Using plastic sheeting to protect homeowner's belongings in the work area is protocol for our crews, but finished spaces require taking that a step further. Gary and the crew were extra diligent in covering every single item in the space. They but down carpet shield to make sure they weren't tracking dirt and dust across the carpet. They exercised extra precaution in their work to minimize the debris that accompanies our installations. They cleaned up after themselves and left this home protected and as clean as they found it. It was like the crew was never even there, and now Susan is reassured that her home will stay dry and protected!
