Challenge
A family in Maugansville, noticed a persistent musty odor and damp spots on their basement carpet. They had recently finished part of the space and didn’t want moisture ruining their investment.
Solution
Our team inspected the area and found that minor wall seepage was feeding into the finished flooring. We installed the WaterGuard® drainage system beneath the floor perimeter to capture any leaks and route them to the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System for quick removal.
Finally, the SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier was installed to keep air fresh and dry. The homeowners were relieved to have a fully protected finished basement free from odors and moisture.
