During our inspection, we found a crawl space that was holding onto moisture. Exposed dirt floors, high humidity, and deteriorating insulation were all contributing to the problem. The environment beneath the home was damp and unstable, which could eventually lead to more serious issues.
Solution
We recommended a full encapsulation to bring the crawl space under control.
