Lynch Station, Virginia Crawl Space Repair Project!
Challenge
Tammy in Lynch Station, Virginia reached out after noticing her home just didn’t feel as comfortable as it used to. The air felt damp, there was a faint musty smell, and certain areas of the floor stayed cooler than the rest.
When we inspected the crawl space, it didn’t take long to find the cause. With exposed ground and no moisture barrier, humidity was building up beneath the home and affecting everything above it.
Solution
We focused on sealing and conditioning the space to stop the problem at its source.
Nick and his crew installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to block ground moisture, along with SilverGlo insulation to improve energy efficiency and temperature control. To keep the environment stable year-round, we added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
The result was a dry, controlled crawl space—and a noticeable improvement in comfort throughout Tammy’s home. What had been a lingering issue was now fully taken care of with a long-term solution in place.
