Solution
After reviewing the findings and recommendations, the homeowners chose to move forward with a complete crawl space upgrade. Our team removed the hanging insulation, addressed the water intrusion, and installed a crawl space drainage system, Silver glo insulation around the walls, a triple safe sump pump and a Sani Dry Sedona dehumidifier.
