Hope

Hope is our Customer Care Lead Representative. She strives to ensure every customer experience is positive. Hope has over 20 years of customer service experience, and a college background in Psychology, which has given her an extra hand in helping customer’s needs feel heard. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, karaoke, community volunteering, and spending time with family and pets.
