Photo Album: Crawl Space Repair Project in Grottoes, Virginia

In Grottoes, Sandra was dealing with weakened floor supports and structural damage beneath her home, as shown in the before photos. At Fortress Foundation Solutions, we identified sagging areas, rotted floor joists, and a deteriorating sill plate that were compromising the home's structural integrity. To address these issues, we installed 4 SmartJack® supports, added a supplemental beam for additional reinforcement, sistered 8 rotted joists to restore strength, and replaced the home's sill plate. As you can see in the after photos, these solutions stabilized the floor system and reinforced the structure, providing lasting support and improved stability throughout the home.
