In Charlottesville, Michael became concerned when cracks began appearing in his home and several doors no longer closed properly, as shown in the before photos. Recognizing these as potential signs of foundation settlement, he contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions for an inspection. To permanently stabilize the affected area, Tyler and his crew installed 6 Push Piers along the exterior of the home. Push Piers are installed beneath the foundation footing and extend deep into stable soil to provide long-term structural support. As shown in the after photos, the home's foundation is now stabilized and protected against further settlement.
