Photo Album: Sagging Floor and Crawl Space Encapsulation for Stuanton, VA Homeowner

Jackie in Staunton, Virginia, was dealing with sagging floors along with moisture and humidity concerns in her crawl space. We knew this project needed to address both the structural issues and the condition of the space underneath the home. Our crew installed 9 SmartJack supports with a supplemental steel beam to strengthen the floor system and provide the support the home needed. We also installed CleanSpace, SilverGlo, and a SaniDry Sedona to seal and protect the crawl space while keeping moisture and humidity under control. With the structural support and crawl space protection taken care of, Jackie can now feel confident knowing her home is supported from the ground up.
