Our Overall Service
Called to request information about the dehumidification equipment in the crawlspace of my recently purchased home. The very pleasant lady (Janelle) who answered the phone had one of their technicians call me that same day to answer my questions. The technician (Jerry) was very pleasant and informative. The next morning Janelle called to tell me that Jerry was in the neighborhood of my home and offered to stop by for a free evaluation of my equipment. He did, crawled under the house with me, and thoroughly explained my equipment to me. No charge. Great customer service and I'll be using Fortress Foundations in the future.
