I contacted Fortress for assistance with my property taking on groundwater. Joe Mancini visited my home to conduct an assessment. Joe was very upfront with me in sharing that, due to the construction of my property (not having a basement or crawlspace), Fortress was not able to provide the waterproofing service I sought. Despite this, Joe took the time to educate me as to the type of service I needed for my property type (even pulling and showing me pictures of an example of the needed work) and gave some suggestions on how to find the service. Joe did offer an air purifier for my space to assist with mold contamination in the air (due to the water issue), to try to help my situation. Jordan delivered/installed the air purifier at a time that was convenient to me. He was professional and fully demonstrated the function and maintenance of the unit.
