Challenge

This home located in Forest,VA had a sinking front step. The home owner was concerned that this was becoming a trip hazard. He called Fortress Foundation Solutions and we were able to fix the issue

Solution

Our Foreman, Brain injects expanding polyurethane foam beneath the surface to raise and stabilize the concrete. This fills in any gaps cause by soil erosion. By doing this it allows the concrete to become level again and furthermore fixed the potential trip hazard for this homeowner. For the final touch the concrete is then power washed to give a fresh and clean look.
