Challenge
Homeowner in McLean had a cracked up and sinking garage slab, they were concerned about the structrural integrity of the structure and reached out to Fortress for help.
Solution
Our solution was 101 pounds of our polylevel expansive foam. It gets injected under the slab and quickly expands and compresses the soil underneath the slab, fills the void and lifts the slab back to level. Its a light weight foam and its hydrophobic meaning it wont deteriorate or be compromised because of any sort of moisture that caused the slab to sink in the first place.
