The crawl space of this home in Charlottesville had water seeping in through the foundation and needed some help! This crawl space was having issues with water and mold. Heavy moisture in the air was causing the mold to grow rapidly.

Solution

Our System Designer, Jamey Elder, went out to this assess this crawl space and recommended that the best solution would be to install a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with a SuperSump sump pump.

Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is designed to permanently prevent moisture and outside air from getting into your crawlspace. Together, these products will ensure that this crawl space will remain clean and dry!
