Challenge
A homeowner in Fieldale, Virginia discovered large puddles of water pooling in their crawl space after heavy rainfall. The moisture was causing rust on HVAC components and creating a persistent musty smell throughout the home.
Solution
To address the water intrusion, our team encapsulated the crawl space using the CleanSpace® Vapor Barrier, sealing off the ground and walls. We installed drainage matting under the liner and added the SaniDry™ Sedona to control humidity and protect mechanical systems.
The crawl space is now dry, protected, and safe for equipment, improving both air quality and system longevity.
