Fortress Foundation Solutions recommended a complete crawl space encapsulation system to address the moisture problem. Our team began by cleaning and preparing the crawl space, removing debris and damaged insulation.
We installed the CleanSpace® Vapor Barrier across the crawl space floor and up the foundation walls to create a continuous seal against ground moisture. To maintain proper humidity levels, we installed a SaniDry™ Sedona Dehumidifier, which continuously removes excess moisture and keeps the environment stable.
