Solution
Fortress Foundation Solutions recommended a complete crawl space encapsulation system to address the issue. Our team installed the CleanSpace® Vapor Barrier across the crawl space floor and extended it up the walls to create a continuous moisture barrier.
To improve insulation and energy efficiency, SilverGlo™ panels were installed along the crawl space walls. We also installed an UltraSump® sump pump system to handle any water intrusion and a SaniDry™ Sedona Dehumidifier to maintain consistent, healthy humidity levels.
