Challenge
Stephen in Arrington, Virginia wanted to improve the conditions in his crawl space after dealing with ongoing moisture and humidity beneath the home. The area wasn’t properly sealed, allowing damp conditions to linger and create an unhealthy environment under the house.

Solution
Nate and his crew transformed the crawl space by installing a full CleanSpace® encapsulation system to seal out ground moisture and create a cleaner, drier environment beneath the home.
To improve energy efficiency and temperature control, the team added SilverGlo™ insulation along the crawl space walls. A SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier was also installed to help manage humidity levels and keep the space dry year-round.
After the crew was finished, the crawl space was dry, insulated, and much healthier overall. Stephen now has peace of mind knowing the area beneath his home is protected from moisture problems moving forward.
