Challenge
John in Fort Defiance, Virginia was dealing with high humidity in his crawl space that was creating damp, unhealthy conditions beneath his home. He wanted to get the problem under control before excess moisture could lead to mold, wood damage, or poor air quality inside the house.
Solution
Warren and his crew installed a complete CleanSpace® Crawl Space Encapsulation System to transform the area beneath the home.
The system included the CleanSpace® Vapor Barrier to seal out ground moisture, SilverGlo™ wall insulation to improve energy efficiency and temperature control, and a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity levels in check year-round.
These systems created a clean, dry, and controlled environment beneath the home, helping keep out moisture, dirt, and pests.
