Crawl space upgrade in Wirtz, VA

Challenge
Homeowners in Wirtz, VA were dealing with excessive humidity in their crawl space due to the lack of a proper vapor barrier. The elevated moisture levels created an unhealthy environment that could lead to mold growth, poor air quality, and long-term damage to the home's structure.
Solution
After a comprehensive inspection, our System Designer, Troy, confirmed the moisture issues and recommended a complete crawl space encapsulation. The solution included installing 1,624 square feet of CleanSpace® vapor barrier, 172 linear feet of rim joist insulation, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to seal out moisture, control humidity, and create a clean, dry crawl space.
