Kenneth in Stuart, Virginia wanted to improve the conditions in his crawl space and get ahead of the moisture that was lingering beneath his home. With humidity and ground moisture making their way into the space, it was clear that the area needed to be properly sealed and protected.
Solution
Our crew installed a complete encapsulation system to create a cleaner, drier environment beneath the home. CleanSpace® was installed throughout the crawl space to seal out ground moisture, while SilverGlo™ insulation was added along the walls to improve energy efficiency and help regulate temperatures. A SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier was also installed to keep humidity levels under control year-round. With the work complete, Kenneth's crawl space is now sealed, insulated, and much better protected from moisture. He can have peace of mind knowing the space beneath his home is healthier and built to stay that way.
