Challenge
Homeowner, John, was dealing with several issues in his crawl space. Water Intrusion and High Humidity were taking their toll on the space and John wanted a fix that would take care of the issues for the long term.
Solution
Our team came up with a custom solution for John and installed several systems to take care of these issues. First we sprayed our MoldX Solution to remove any organic growth, then we installed our EzFlow Drainage System with a Sump Pump to remove incoming water. After that, we fully encapsulated the space with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier and Sedona Dehumidifer to control moisture and humidity.
