Challenge
Wayne in Roanoke, Virginia had noticed that his floors had started to feel bouncy and uneven. Knowing that his crawl space was humid at times he thought the issues were stemming from there.
Solution
After inspection and verification of high humidity in the crawl space, our team installed 10 SmartJacks and supplemental beam in the crawl space to provide support to the weakened floor joists and the floor above.
