Challenge
Mr. Lewis, a homeowner in Martinsburg, West Virginia, reached out to Fortress after his 1980s home began feeling “musty.” His crawl space contained debris and lacked proper moisture protection and insulation.
Solution
Our team removed the debris and installed drainage matting, SilverGlo insulation along the perimeter walls, and a CleanSpace vapor barrier. We also insulated the rim joists and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Now, Mr. Lewis’s home has lasting protection against moisture and musty odors.
