Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Brookneal, Virginia
Todd, a customer in Brookneal, Virginia, was dealing with high humidity and an overall dirty crawl space under his home. He reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions and we installed a full encapsulation system beneath his home. As you can see in the photos, we removed the old black plastic liner and added our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to the entire space. We also added a full perimeter drainage system using our EzFlow system that connects to our UltraSump Sump Pump. These together work the remove ground water, keep humidity in check, and prevent pests from entering.
