Brandon reached out to us at Fortress Foundation Solutions after noticing cracks forming and his kitchen island separating from the floor in his kitchen. We went out and diagnosed the issues as being caused from sagging floors. The issues originates in the crawl space of a home when the main beam starts to bow. We ended up installing several of our SmartJacks to stabilize the main beam and prevent any further sagging.

Crawl Space before
