In West Augusta, Felicia was experiencing uneven temperatures and occasional musty odors throughout her home, as shown in the before photos. At Fortress Foundation Solutions, we found that her crawl space was exposed to ground moisture and lacked proper insulation, especially around the rim joist where outside air was entering. To address this, we installed CleanSpace® across the crawl space floor to help block moisture and added rim joist insulation to seal air leaks and improve energy efficiency. As you can see in the after photos, these solutions created a cleaner, more controlled crawl space, leading to fresher air and more consistent comfort throughout the home.
