Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Floor Stabilization in Madison Heights, Virginia

In Madison Heights, Todd was dealing with sagging floors and weakened floor supports beneath his home, as shown in the before photos. At Fortress Foundation Solutions, we identified structural issues in the crawl space that were affecting the stability of the flooring above. To address this, Nate and his crew installed SmartJack® supports, added a supplemental beam for additional reinforcement, and performed joist sistering to strengthen damaged floor joists. As you can see in the after photos, these solutions restored stability to the floor system and helped create a stronger, more secure foundation beneath the home.
