In Stephenson, Virginia, Katie was dealing with moisture issues, high humidity, and poor crawl space conditions beneath her home, as shown in the before photos. At Fortress Foundation Solutions, we identified water intrusion, inadequate insulation, and excess humidity as the main concerns. To address these issues, Scott and his crew installed CleanSpace to encapsulate the crawl space, an EZ Flow drainage system to manage water, SilverGlo insulation to improve energy efficiency, 2 SaniDry Sedona dehumidifiers to control humidity, and 2 TripleSafe Sump Pumps for reliable water removal.
As you can see in the after photos, these solutions transformed the crawl space into a dry, sealed, and properly controlled environment, helping improve comfort and protect the home from future moisture problems.
