Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation Project in Roseland, Virginia
In Roseland, Gary was dealing with moisture and air quality issues coming from his 1,600 sq. ft. crawl space, as shown in the before photos. At Fortress Foundation Solutions, we identified excess moisture, organic growth, and inadequate insulation affecting the space beneath the home. To address these issues, Travis, Jack, and Tyler first applied Mold-X to treat and remove organic growth, then installed CleanSpace® to fully encapsulate the crawl space and added SilverGlo™ insulation to improve energy efficiency and temperature control. As you can see in the after photos, these solutions completely transformed the crawl space into a clean, dry, and properly insulated environment that helps protect the home moving forward.
