Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Moneta, Virginia
In Moneta, Ronald was dealing with a crawl space that was allowing moisture to enter his home, as shown in the before photos. At Fortress Foundation Solutions, we identified moisture intrusion and poor crawl space conditions affecting the area beneath the home. To address these issues, we installed our CleanSpace® crawl space encapsulation system, including an EZ Flow drainage system, a SuperSump® Sump Pump, CleanSpace® vapor barrier, and SilverGlo™ insulation. Once the space was fully sealed, we also installed a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier to control humidity year-round. As you can see in the after photos, these solutions transformed the crawl space into a dry, sealed, and properly protected environment that helps improve comfort and prevent future moisture problems.
