Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Sagging Floors Repaired in Blacksburg, Virginia

In Blacksburg, Linda was dealing with bowing and bouncy sections of her floor, as shown in the before photos. At Fortress Foundation Solutions, we identified inadequate support beneath the home that was allowing portions of the floor system to sag and flex. To address these issues, Scott and his crew installed 9 SmartJack® floor stabilization supports throughout the crawl space along with a steel supplemental main beam for additional structural reinforcement. As you can see in the after photos, these solutions strengthened the floor system, reduced movement, and restored stability throughout the home.
