Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Palmyra, Virginia
In Palmyra, Christina was dealing with water intrusion and moisture issues in her crawl space, as shown in the before photos. At Fortress Foundation Solutions, we identified excess moisture and organic growth that were affecting the space beneath the home. To address these issues, we first applied Mold-X to treat and remove organic growth, then installed a full crawl space encapsulation system including CleanSpace® to seal out moisture, an EZ Flow drainage system to manage water, SilverGlo™ insulation to improve energy efficiency, and a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier to control humidity year-round. As you can see in the after photos, these solutions transformed the crawl space into a clean, dry, and properly protected environment that helps prevent future moisture problems and improve comfort throughout the home.
