In Waynesboro, Erin was dealing with high humidity in her crawl space that had weakened the floor system and caused her floors to sag, as shown in the before photos. After inspecting the space, our team at Fortress Foundation Solutions recommended a complete crawl space repair and encapsulation solution. Nate and his crew installed our CleanSpace® Vapor Barrier, a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier, and a new EverLast™ Crawl Space Door to create a dry, controlled environment. To restore structural support, they also installed 7 SmartJack® Floor Stabilization Supports with a steel supplemental beam. As shown in the after photos, the crawl space is now dry, protected, and providing the strong, stable support the home needs.
