Jacob in Charlottesville, Virginia, knew something wasn’t right in the crawl space beneath his home. There was visible organic growth, too much moisture, and some areas of the floor system that needed more support. We started by treating the affected areas with MoldX before getting to work on the bigger issues. CleanSpace was installed to seal the crawl space, and a Sedona was added to keep the humidity under control. We also installed SmartJacks to strengthen the floor system and give the home the support it needed.
