John in Virgilina, Virginia, had a crawl space that was dealing with both moisture and organic growth. It was clear that the space needed more than just a quick cleanup, so we tackled the water and humidity issues at the same time. We started with MoldX to treat the organic growth, then installed an EZ Flow drainage system and SuperSump sump pump to collect and remove incoming water. CleanSpace was added to seal the crawl space, while a Sedona dehumidifier keeps humidity under control.
