Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation and Sagging Floor Repair in Rocky Mount, Virginia
Francis in Rocky Mount, Virginia, had a lot going on underneath his home. Water was getting into the crawl space, humidity was staying high, and the floor system needed additional support. It was clear this was going to take more than a quick fix. Our crew installed several SmartJacks to strengthen the floor system, along with an EZ Flow drainage system and SuperSump sump pump to collect and remove water. We then sealed the space with CleanSpace, added SilverGlo insulation, and installed a Sedona dehumidifier to keep moisture and humidity under control.
