The crawl space of this home in Palmyra was wet and musty, so the homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions to get those issues resolved before they caused a bigger problem.
To best solve those issues, Fortress sent our Foreman AJ and his crew out to install a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with a SmartSump sump pump and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. These products will continuously work together to keep all water and moisture out of the crawl space, leaving it clean and dry!
Before
Crawl space is dirty, insulation is heavy with moisture and falling down.
During
The crew is in the process of installing the SmartSump, and they have put down the drainage mat that goes under the CleanSpace vapor barrier.
After
Encapsulation is complete. The SmartSump and SaniDry have been properly installed. This crawl space is now a much cleaner and brighter space!
