Our 1930's home had major sagging floors in one section (a 3.5in drop from the edge of the room to the center) and water issues in the cellar when it rained. I reached out to Fortress Foundation and was called back within 15 min! Danny came out to the house and after doing an inspection he provided a couple of different options that we could go with. He explained everything to my wife and I in simple terms that we could understand. We did not feel pressured at all. In fact he specifically told us that while they were able to do all of the work we wanted, a portion of it would not be cost effective; and he recommended holding off on that section until a later date since he knew we wanted to do other renovations later. We ultimately leveled the main area and added a moisture barrier to the crawlspace. Travis and his crew came out to do the work over the course of 2 days. They were great to work with.
