Marsha, a homeowner in Bluefield, Virginia, had a below grade garage that was constantly damp, moldy, and flooded with water. Over time, the moisture began affecting the integrity of her garage and foundation.
She reached out to Fortress for a free, comprehensive inspection of her home. Scott, one of our awesome skilled System Designers explained the science behind waterproofing and proposed a long term solution for the water issues in her basement and garage.
Marsha ultimately chose a full perimeter WaterGuard system, a CleanSpace wall vapor barrier, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and an Aspen air purifier. Since the installation, she has reached out to Fortress to share how dry and clean her home feels - even after a huge rainstorm!
