Challenge
Jim built a new home for his son in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Shortly after, he began noticing puddles forming near the front door after heavy rain. No water had entered the home yet, but continued water buildup near the foundation could eventually threaten its integrity and lead to more serious water issues over time.
Solution
Fortress installed an exterior drainage system around the patio to collect the pooling water and discharge it safely away from the foundation. This solution helps protect Jim’s son’s new home from future water damage while keeping the entryway dry after heavy rain.
