This homeowner in Harrisonburg, VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions with concerns about the stair stepped cracking in the wall, water intrusion, and musty smells in the basement of this home. The appointment center was able to set these homeowners up with a day and time for our System Designer to go out and take a look. Our System Designer, Scott went out to this home and recommended Carbon Armor, our Water Guard system, a Sump Pump system , and Smart Jacks. Our Forman, Matthew and his crew went to this home to install the products that this home desperately needed. They began buy prepping the area for the Waterguard system. Installing the waterguard then following in with crushed stone and fresh cement for a clean finish. The crew installed the sump pumps. They fixed the bowing wall by installing the our Carbon Armor. These are heavy duty strips that go on the wall to stabilize it. We also installed our Smart Jacks to provide stability to the floors in the home. These products worked together to provide a permanent solution for these homeowners.
