This home in Shenandoah, VA had issues with water and moisture coming into the crawl space. They called Fortress to get this issue resolved.
Our System Designer,Chris Wilmouth went out to this home to provide a free no obligate estimate. Our System Designer knew the best solution to the problem would be a to do a total encapsulation. This project included our clean space vapor barrier, our smart sump and our sanidry dehumidifier. The products work together to provide clean water free environment.
This homeowner noticed that the floor in the home had began to sag. They called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a free no obligate estimate. After our System Designer, Chris went out to this home, he conculded that the best solution to this issue would be our Smart Jacks.
Our Foreman, Aaron and his crew went out to this home to begin work. They began by prepping the area for teh SmartJacks to be in place. Once the SmartJack as in place they locked it into place by the support beams, and filled in with stone and covered with fresh concrete. The final product was a supported floor for years to come.
The picture attched shows the gap the homeowner was concerned about.
This home in Luray, VA had a sidewalk that was sinking and cracking. The homeowner reached out to Fortress for a solution to this problem.
Our System Designer, Paul Heckman , went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to lift that area back up to it's original position.
The foreman for this, Brian Davis, went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports are then installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed.
