The basement of this home in Vinton had a recurring issue with water intrusion. The homeowner reached out to Fortress for a solution to this problem.
Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, along with a SuperSump sump pump.
Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the SuperSump and be pumped out of the home. These products will work together to ensure that this homeowner will no longer have to worry about a wet basement!

Our seasoned Foreman, Rob Burger, and his crew completed the installation of six Helical Piers to stabilize the concrete pad so the homeowners can feel confident that their new addition is structurally sound.
